Successfully defended the RERA Appellate Tribunal's order directing refund of the deposited amount with interest to the allottee due to delayed possession of the property. The High Court dismissed the promoter's appeal and upheld the allottee's statutory right to seek refund under RERA.
WonRepresenting the complainant, compensation was sought before the Chhattisgarh RERA Adjudicating Officer for loss caused by the developer's unauthorized relocation of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) adjacent to the client's plot. The Authority held that the developer had violated approved layout plans and awarded compensation of ₹5,00,000 along with interest and costs to the complainant.
WonWe successfully represented the Applicant before the Chhattisgarh RERA Authority in a dispute concerning delay in development of the "Samriddhi Vihar" project. The Authority directed the developer to complete the project with promised amenities and awarded interest compensation of ₹1,22,502 along with continuing monthly compensation in case of further delay.
